Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American comedian, actress, and activist. She was born in Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and began her career after her move from Israel to the United States as a child actor. From 2013 to 2016, she worked as the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020, she has been the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams. Her fame was boosted for her role in television commercials. In addition to commercial appearances, she was a series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also had the role of a regular character on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. Vayntrub is also the voice of Squirrel girl on Marvel Rising since 2018, following her appearance in the television pilot that has not yet aired New Warriors. Vayntrub is a Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native, and also a Jew. At two years of age, she and her parents immigrated to the U.S. as refugees to get away from antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. She started performing in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five because of the family's financial troubles. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School, but dropped out following her sophomore year. She obtained an GED and then went to pursue an Associate of Arts in Communication from University of California, San Diego. Vayntrub was a student of improv comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade.
